Staffs were very courteous. Showed me the bus shuttle service chart immediately during check in. Location was excellent. 4 mins walk to Aeon and nearby eateries. Our flight ETD was 9.40am. Took the earliest bus @6.15am and reached Chitose Intl airport at 6.30am sharp. Booked 2 twins and 1 double. Twin rooms are bigger than the latter. Provide nice coffee fr machine near counter. Very pleased with our stay on our last night at Hokkaido....

It was convenient for the airport. It had a shuttle to the airport (morning only). Muramatsuri was a fabulous restaurant about a 2-5min walk away. The staff were amazing helpful.

The staff were so friendly, and helpful. They had an airport shuttle which was great. The location was also excellent with a shopping complex and the train station 5 minutes walk away. The staff also booked me in at 12 pm instead of the 3 pm check in which I really appreciated.

The hotel is near at the train station also there two convenient store located which is lawson and seven eleven. You can also go visit the aeon mall which is a 5-10 mins walk depend on you walking pace 😊

Comfortably close to JR Chitose and Aeon Town Mall. Cheap coin laundry machine. Free airport transfer. Free coffee on the ground floor. Friendly and accommodating front staff.

We stayed here coz this hotel provides free shuttle to the airport since we need to catch the morning flight. The staffs are friendly too

The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Staff is good, available parking lot, walking distance to JR station and amenities. Free airport shuttle from hotel to airport

The hotel very near to Chitose train station. Free shuttle to New Chitose Airport. Staff very friendly & helpful.

Airport shuttle was great. Lots of little extras from the hotel. Beds were comfy. Located right opposite some good department stores for last minute shopping.
